These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern purchases from the official XYRO store at this address (the "Store"), operated by the band XYRO ("XYRO", "we", "us"), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Use of our main website, xyroofficial.com, is covered by its own Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from the Store. You agree to give accurate order, contact and payment details.

2. Made to order

Every product is printed on demand by our production partner after you order it. Colours on screen, mockups and print placement are representations; small variations in colour, print position and sizing between items are normal for printed goods and are not defects.

3. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless your currency is displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes (including HST/GST) and shipping are added at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number. We may correct pricing or listing errors and may cancel and fully refund any order placed at an obviously wrong price.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) where fraud is suspected, a product is unavailable, or an order breaks these Terms or the law.

5. Shipping, risk and title

See our Shipping Policy. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you gave. International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by your country, which are your responsibility.

7. Intellectual property

The XYRO name, wordmark, pentacle and sigil marks, artwork, designs, photos and all Store content belong to XYRO or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you no right to copy, reproduce, resell as new designs, or commercially use any XYRO artwork or marks. Counterfeits and unauthorised reproductions will be pursued.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use bots or scripts to buy, scrape, or overload the Store; not to make fraudulent orders or chargebacks; and not to probe or attack the Store's security.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products carry the warranties required by law and our Refund Policy. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store is provided "as is" and XYRO and its members are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

10. Indemnity

If you breach these Terms or misuse our intellectual property, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result.

11. Third-party services

The Store runs on Shopify and orders are produced by Printify and its print providers, each under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, unless the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
